Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EazyGo platform (website or mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. EazyGo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

About EazyGo

EazyGo is a home services marketplace platform based in Kerala, India, that connects customers with verified service professionals (Partners) for a range of household and professional services including cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and more. EazyGo acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not directly responsible for the quality or outcome of services rendered by Partners.

User Accounts

To book services on EazyGo, customers must register and create an account using a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. EazyGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way. You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a user.

Booking & Service Terms

All bookings made through EazyGo are subject to Partner availability in your area. EazyGo does not guarantee the availability of any specific Partner or service at any given time. Once a booking is confirmed, a Partner will be assigned based on location, availability, and skill match. Customers are required to provide accurate address details and be available at the scheduled time. EazyGo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if no suitable Partner is available.

Payments

Payments for services booked through EazyGo are processed through the platform. All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. EazyGo uses secure payment gateways and does not store sensitive financial information. In cases of disputed amounts or billing errors, customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of service completion. EazyGo reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

Partner Conduct & Liability

All service professionals on EazyGo are independently verified. However, EazyGo does not employ Partners directly and is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or dissatisfaction caused during or after a service. In case of any issue with a Partner's conduct or service quality, customers are encouraged to report it immediately through the platform. EazyGo will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the Partner from the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users of the EazyGo platform are strictly prohibited from: engaging in fraudulent bookings or payment activity; harassing, abusing, or threatening Partners or EazyGo staff; attempting to contact or transact with Partners outside the platform to bypass service fees; posting false or misleading reviews; or using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. For any queries, you may contact us at support@eazygo.net.in.
