Availance of service impliedly creates acceptance to the terms and conditions of EazyGo.
EazyGo reserves its right to update, modify annul or change any terms and conditions without any prior notice. And incurs no liability to inform the users regarding the change.
The continued use of the platform after the changes confirms the acceptance of the revised terms by the user.

EazyGo operates only as a home services marketplace platform with its principal place of operation in Kerala, India, and acts only as an intermediary that connects customers with verified service professionals ( Service Associates ) for anything and everything to satisfy your requirements for cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and many more listed in the interface.
EazyGo acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting the users with Service associates registered in the interface.
The users are required to cautiously select the service and the service associates from the list of the enrolled service associates in the interface.
The selection, assignment and entrustment of the service associates is solely the responsibility of the user and the interface holds no responsibility , guarantee or indemnity for any of the actions or results in whatever name that arouse out of the transaction.
The interface provides no guarantee as to the quality and quantity of the entrustment to the service associate by the user .
The user hereby acknowledges to exclude the Interface from all legal actions proposed to be initiated against the Service Associate in the course of rendering any service. For any queries, you may contact us at support@eazygo.net.in.

The user should create a profile with their registered mobile number.
The user should be a person of at least 18 years of age.
The user is solely responsible for maintaninace of their account in the interface.
The interface can suspend, delete or terminate the account upon citing any fraudulent or suspicious activity or any way of misuse of the interface through the user profile.

The bookings through the interface are solely dependent on the availability of Service Associates within the prescribed territorial limits of operation.
The interface does not guarantee the availability of the partner or the service in a time bound manner and should be solely the liability of the user to mitigate the loses accruing thereafter due to non availability.
The assignment of the partners shall be solely based on booking confirmation by the user in the interface and according to the order of booking subject to location, availability and skill match.
The User shall provide exact geographical location to the Service associate to perform his services.
The user can book the service in advance and the Service Associate can engage in bookings prior to the time booked by the user and can perform his services after the completion of the same.
The interface reserves the right to cancel , extend or reschedule a booking upon non availability of a suitable partner or any other supervening impossibilities or subsequent illegalities associated with rendering of the services.

Payments for services booked through Interface are processed through the platform.
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
EazyGo Interface uses secure payment gateways and does not store sensitive financial information.
The Interface only considers successful payments and doesn’t holds any accountability for network errors,multiple payments and payments in processing.
In cases of disputed amounts or billing errors, customers should raise a complaint within 48 hours of service completion . any claim after that time period will not be considered.
EazyGo reserves the right to revise pricing at any time and the actual pricing will be the pricing at the time of payment .

All the service Associates enrolled in the interface are private individuals. The interface holds no responsibility in their character , mannerisms and conduct. Any dispute arising in similar manner shall be dealt with the laws of the land and the interface will not be a party to that proceedings.
All Service associates enrolled in the interface are verified personels with Police clearence certificates.
The interface does not employ Partners directly and is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or dissatisfaction caused during or after a service.
In case of any issue with a Partner's conduct or service quality, customers are encouraged to report it immediately through the platform. The interface will inquire into it and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the Partner from the platform.
The interface is not liable for any compensation or claim whatsoever in any name for any loss occurred to the user by any conduct of the service associate

The users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent bookings or payment activities.
The users shall not harass or abuse or threaten the service associates or staff of the interface EazyGo .
The users shall not attempting to contact or transact with Partners outside the platform to bypass service fees; posting false or misleading reviews.
The users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law or for the commission of any offence under the law. If in that case , the service partner or the interface will not be responsible for any consequences.
Any of the Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

The Terms and Conditions are strictly governed by the laws of India.
The exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute relating to the use of the interface by the user shall be within the territorial jurisdiction of the District court , Kottayam
If the user finds any provision of these terms is to be unenforceable or void , the enforceable provisions shall continue to be valid and executable.
The User hereby agrees to appoint Shri …. As the arbitrator and any dispute arising between the user and the interface shall be referred to the arbitrator. His award shall be binding on both parties and holds the value of an executable decree of a civil court.
